New Delhi (Sputnik): The union territory of Jammu and Kashmir witnessed a rise in terror activities throughout April, when at least 19 security personnel were killed in 20 counterterror operations across the Valley. On 6 May, Indian security forces gunned down the chief of the terror outfit Hizbul Mujahideen Riyaaz Naikoo.
