US President Donald Trump has announced his decision to delay the increase of tariffs on Chinese goods, slated for 1 March. On Sunday, he tweeted about substantial progress in trade talks with China on "important structural issues including intellectual property protection, technology transfer, agriculture, services, currency and other issues".
