Russia-linked hacker group Killnet previously claimed responsibility for a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack that targeted Lithuanian state and private websites in retaliation for the Baltic state’s decision to observe European Union sanctions and halt the transit of select goods to Russia’s Kaliningrad exclave.
