The US’ National Rifle Association (NRA) filed for a Chapter 11 bankruptcy judgement in January as part of a larger effort to relocate to the more gun-friendly state of Texas. The announcement was made as the gun advocacy group had come under investigation by the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James over allegations of fraud and abuse.
