WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The government of Yemen implemented a sophisticated money laundering scheme and was involved in corruption, while the armed Houthi opposition faction diverted some $1.8 billion of state money, the UN Panel of Experts on Yemen said in a new report seen by Sputnik.
