NEW YORK (Sputnik) - Up to 1,000 protesters have been on an action in front of the New York City Hall for several days now, demanding that authorities deduct at least $1 billion from police budget in the next fiscal year and re-stream the funds to the Black community needs, a Sputnik correspondent reported on Sunday.
