MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Militants have breached truce regime in Syrian provinces of Latakia and Hama over the past 24 hours, head of the Russian Defence Ministry's Centre for Syrian Reconciliation Maj. Gen. Viktor Kupchishin said on Sunday.
