UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) - Russian, Turkish and Iranian foreign ministers during a trilateral meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly reviewed the situation on the ground in Syria's Idlib and reiterated their commitment to launch a constitutional committee as soon as possible, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
