At least 13 people have been killed after a fight broke out at a prison in Ecuador, officials confirmed. This is the same Ecuadorian prison where 44 inmates were killed in a similar incident in May. During that time, a prison riot between two rival gangs broke out at the Social Bellavista rehabilitation center, leaving 44 dead and more injured.
