Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on Thursday called for US Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the US Constitution's 25th Amendment, which permits the VP to declare a sitting president unfit for office. Under the provision, Congress can also remove the president from office, granting presidential powers to the VP.
