Palestinan leader Abbas will find it hard to keep his word and cancel the historic 1993 agreement, mainy because he's bound by economic, security, and political agreements with Tel Aviv, but Israel's planned annexation of parts of the West Bank might leave him no choice, says a Palestinian expert, warning that both sides will lose from the move.
