MOSCOW (Sputnik) - President of the Libyan House of Representatives Aguila Saleh Issa late on Sunday declared a general mobilization in the country amid recent Turkey's threats against the Libyan National Army (LNA) headed by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, local media reported.
