President Donald Trump has said that the US is not looking for a regime change in Iran and seeks to ensure that the country doesn't have nuclear weapons. Trump said as much to reporters after holding talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Despite his latest statements, however, tensions have been rapidly escalating in the past month.
