MOSCOW (Sputnik) - An officer of the US Navy might be questioned by Norway's authorities as part of the investigation into the collision of the Royal Norwegian Navy’s Helge Ingstad frigate and the Sola TS oil tanker, the Washington Post newspaper reported on Sunday.
