The Russian Defense Ministry's Center for Syrian Reconciliation jointly with the Syrian authorities is working on the creation of temporary shelters for refugees in the suburbs of Aleppo, Maj. Gen. Yury Yevtushenko, a representative of the center, said Sunday.
